Celia, born in Devon, England, has lived in Canada for over twenty-eight years. She has been writing for at least that time, but her first publication was in 2000. Since then she has written eight books, four novels and four short story collections, and two more books are in the near stage of completion.

She particularly likes gardening and all sorts of other creative projects.
